During suspension, you will not have access to your data or any features. We may retain your data for up to 60 days following suspension to allow you the opportunity to reactivate your account by providing payment.
6.3 Data Deletion After Suspension: After 60 days of account suspension due to non-payment, we reserve the right to permanently and irreversibly delete all your data, including but not limited to: client information, vehicle records, appointments, invoices, inventory data, photos, documents, and all other content. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered. You are solely responsible for exporting and backing up your data before the end of the free period or before any suspension occurs.
6.4 Voluntary Account Termination: When you voluntarily terminate your account, we may retain certain information for legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory purposes for up to 7 years as required by law. All other data may be deleted within 60 days of termination.
